Professional Will Writing Service

Writing a Will ensures that your assets go to whom you want them to when you die. We understand that it is often a task that is put off due to how emotive it is to talk about a time when you are no longer around, and we therefore want to make it as hassle free as possible.
We are happy to either come to your home or provide some personal guidance over the phone or via video call for free, with no obligation to take our recommendations. Together we can get you the peace of mind that your loved ones will be taken care of.
The service involves the possible inclusion of a Trust within your Will to secure your assets to ensure that they are protected and passed on to your loved ones as you intended. There are various types of Trusts which can be incorporated into your Will subject to your specific needs. By using a Trust this enables you to keep some control over your assets with regards to how and when those assets are used by the beneficiaries after your death. Ensuring that your loved ones benefit from their inheritance as much as possible.
Preparation and Registration of Lasting Power of Attorney
None of us know what the future will bring, which is why one of the most important legal documents that you can use within your lifetime is the Lasting Power of Attorney. This gives you the opportunity to name a trusted person that can make decisions on your behalf when you are unable to do so.
There are two forms of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA); one for Property and Finance that you can use for long term incapacity as well as for short term and temporary periods when you are incapacitated. The other is Health and Welfare which is used when you have lost mental capacity and decisions concerning your health and welfare are required which includes urgent decisions concerning the use of life sustaining treatment.

LEGAL AND MUTUAL WILL WRITERS offer you the support of an experienced and expert legal adviser but without the big prices. We know how important it is to have Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney in place, so we are keen to keep our prices low, to ensure putting your Will and LPA in place is more accessible.
If you are looking for expert advice and assistance with the preparation of your Will and/or Lasting Powers of Attorney please Contact Peter Williams at Legal and Mutual Will Writers for an initial informal discussion.
